Serving the Sioux falls area since 1996
The staff at Sunkota brings decades of combined experience in general contracting and construction management, gained through work with local and regional contractors. In the process, our team has developed strong working relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers, along with knowledge of construction practices unique to the area.
As Sunkota moves into its next chapter, we’re building on that experience with a renewed focus on communication, accountability, and the overall client experience. Our approach is straightforward: understand what our clients need, provide clear guidance throughout the process, address challenges head-on, and follow through on the commitments we make.
We continue to invest in the tools and processes that keep our office, field teams, clients, and project partners connected from pre-construction through completion. But at the center of every project are the people behind it. Our team takes pride in being hands-on, responsive, and focused on doing the work well.
