Midco Rapid City

Originally built in 2016, the Midco facility developed structural issues because of geo-technical problems after a few years in operation. Sunkota worked with structural and civil engineers to develop and design an approved plan to correct the deficiencies. The plan involved shoring, micro piling and stabilizing the existing structure. Once the structural work was complete, the interior was completely removed and renovated including a new roof, acoustical ceilings, floor slabs, floor coverings, walls, paint, trim and fixtures.
